Clear iBOX Information

When you move a lockbox to a new location or another agent will be using it, you will want to clear old information from the iBOX. You can clear listing numbers, flyers and business cards that have been electronically stored in the KeyBox.

1. Press and scroll down to CLEAR IBOX LISTING DATA.



2. Press . and input the iBOX shackle code when prompted, then press .



3. Aim the ActiveKEY at the front of the iBOX. When SUCCESSFUL appears on the screen the iBOX information will be cleared.
