Reading Showing Activity on a KeyBox
To read a KeyBox with your ActiveKEY you will need to have the shackle code for that KeyBox and have the KeyBox in front of you.Reading a KeyBox
- Press
to turn on your ActiveKEY.
- Press
several times to scroll to READ KEYBOX ACTIVITY, then press
- Press
for Read KeyBox
- Follow the on-screen prompts and aim the end of the ActiveKEY at the front of the KeyBox when
prompted. Your ActiveKEY will display the Key number, date and time the KeyBox was opened, like this:
- Press
while viewing a read, and if the KeyBox was assigned to the showing agent at the time the showing occurred,
the showing agent's name and contact number should show on the screen.
View KeyBox Readings Stored on the ActiveKEY
If you read more than one KeyBox the information from the most recent KeyBox read will replace previous information.- Press

several times to scroll to READ KEYBOX ACTIVITY, then press
- Press
for VIEW LAST READ
- The most recent showing will be displayed. Press
to scroll through showings.
Note:Press
while viewing a read, and if the KeyBox was assigned to the showing agent at the time the showing occurred,
the showing agent's name and contact number will show on the screen.
