Cancel Keyholder Lease
Make sure that your account is current
Log onto
SupraWEB
to confirm that your billing account is in good standing.
If you have not yet registered on SurpaWEB click
here
for directions.
Cancel your key service with your key issuer
Return your ActiveKEY, or DisplayKEY & cradle to the Association/Board/MLS which issued it to you.
If you have an eKEY, simply notify your Association/Board/MLS of the termination.
There is no need to notify Supra of the cancellation. By terminating with your
Association/Board/MLS, it will be cancelled in our database.
Note: Upon termiation there is no refund for unused fees.
