Insurance
|
DisplayKEY Insurance covers loss, theft and accidental damage for the key and the cradle.
If your insured DisplayKEY or cradle is lost, stolen, or accidentally damaged it will be replaced
free of charge.
If it is not insured, replacement will cost $150.00 plus taxes. Replacement cost of
uninsured cradles is $99.00 plus tax. Purchased accessories are not covered by insurance.

ActiveKEY insurance covers loss, theft, and accidental damage for the Activekey and the power adapter/charger.
If your insured ActiveKEY or power adapter/charger is lost, stolen, or accidentally damaged it will be replaced
free of charge.
If not insured, replacement will cost $249.00 plus taxes for the ActiveKEY. Purchased accessories are not covered by insurance.

Adding Insurance
- Your key needs to have connected with the server within the last 24 hours, before you are able to purchase insurance.

For the DisplayKEY this means an eSYNC on the cradle
|

For the ActiveKEY this means doing an Obtain key or Release shackle on a KeyBox, and wait approximately one hour for the key to communicate with Supra.

to SupraWEB
- Click the Billing tab on the top, then on the left side of the screen click 'Contracts' then click the 'Add Insurance' button, and follow any on-screen instructions.
Note:
Insurance is not available in every Association/Board/MLS. Contact your local Association/Board/MLS if you're not sure.
Insurance is NOT offered for shell-less eKEYs. If the Software installed for eKEY is
corrupted it can be reinstalled free of charge.
Cancel Insurance
- If you would like to cancel your insurance, you may do so by following the above directions logging on to SupraWEB, selecting the 'Billing' tab, and under 'Contracts' instead of the 'Add Insurance' button, you will be able to select 'Cancel Insurance'.
