DisplayKEY Buttons Unresponsive

If your DisplayKEY isn't responding, or the screen is changing even if you haven't pushed a button, you may have a stuck button.

1. Make sure your DisplayKEY is not on the cradle when pressing buttons on the DisplayKEY, as they will not respond when the key is in the cradle.



2. Wiggle each button on your DisplayKEY to make sure none of them are stuck. You might look at the key on edge to see if you can see any buttons that are lower than the others. You may be able to unstick the button if you wiggle it and gently pry at it.



3. Reset your DisplayKEY by pressing and at the same time for 2 seconds then release.



4. If your DisplayKEY buttons are still not working properly contact support using one of the options below.
