Upgrading to Professional Service

The Benefits of Having Professional Service

1. You will have access on SupraWEB to set up a market area of listings by choosing the type of listings you would normally show.



2. After you've finished setting up your market area, you would perform a manual eSYNC and all listings in our system that match your market area settings will be downloaded into your eKEY.



3. Each time after that when your eKEY eSYNCs any changes to the listings in your market area will be updated on your eKEY



4. You will also have access to the eDATA application where you can perform several types of listings searches on your eKEY



5. In eDATA you will even be able to set up listings criteria for a customer and have listings matching that criteria loaded automatically into that screen when you eSYNC.



6. To upgrade to Professional Service contact your Association/Board/MLS and let them know you would like to come in to sign up for Professional Service for your eKEY.



7. After your service has been upgraded to Professional Service perform a manual eSYNC to set your key to accept listings and roster.
