Have GE Security Reprogram a KeyBox

Occasionally it may be more convenient to have a KeyBox reprogrammed by shipping it to GE Security.

1. Please call 1-800-545-9601 and select option 2 to get an RMA number. Not having an RMA number will delay keybox programming.



2. A check for $25 per KeyBox, made out to GE Security. The cost of shipping the KeyBox(es) to GE Security is the responsibility of the KeyBox owner. The fee you enclose covers the cost of return shipment.



3. A letter from the Association/Board/MLS that currently controls the KeyBox, giving permission to deprogram



4. A letter from the Association/Board/MLS that you wish to program the KeyBox with, giving permission to reprogram



5. A physical address to ship the KeyBoxes to when the process is complete. We are not able to ship to a PO Box address.
