Resolving a Shackle Code error.
If the shackle code for a keybox has changed since it was added to your inventory, you will need to re-enter the shackle code.
Logon to SupraWEB
- Go to
SupraWEB
.
- Enter your User ID
- Enter your password.

Click on LISTINGS in the top navigation bar.
If any keyboxes have shackle codes that need to be resolved they will be indicated with a yellow triangle

Click on

Click on the "Add" button and enter the current shackle code.
