Failed To Find New Cradle
- If you get this error after running the cradle finder AND your computer has ever found
the cradle before, it will give this error. If it has already detected this cradle once it
will not consider it a 'New' cradle. If you get this error during initial installation of the
USB cradle software .
- Close any installation screens that are still open.
- Right click
then click
- Highlight
so that it looks like this
- Click the + to the right or 'Ports', locate "GE Supra DisplayKey USB Cradle" and right click it.
- Select
then click

- Disconnect both cables from the back of the cradle, wait 10 seconds then plug them back in.
Make sure to connect your cradle's USB cable to the back of your computer or directly into your
Laptop, for the best connection.
- After the cradle is plugged into the computer, the 'Found New Hardware' window may appear.
If you get 3 options to choose from select the 'No, not this time' option,
then click �Next�. Select install 'Automatically' (Recommended)' and click �Next�. If a Windows
Logo warning comes up click "Continue Anyway' then Click 'Finish'.
- If a second 'Found New Hardware' window appears, repeat the steps above.
- If the 'Found New Hardware' wizard says the hardware was successfully installed or the GE Icon
has no red X on it, try a
manual eSYNC
