When you are creating your Username and Password, there are a couple of guidelines you need to follow.
Your Username must be at least three characters, one of those characters must be an letter.
Your Password is case sensitive and must be at least 8 characters long. The Password must start and end with a letter and must contain at least one number.
When possible it may be a good idea to use some variation of a number or user name that your are using already, such as your NRDS number, MLS login user name, etc.
